Role Responsibilities

• Manage orders and coordinate materials for field staff and oversee the internal Shopify platform.
• Maintain regular communication with external service providers and monitor stock levels and updates.
• Receive deliveries and assist with minor maintenance and handyman tasks within the office.
• Ensure smooth daily office operations, covering reception, employee kitchens, and overall workplace management.
• Maintain a welcoming and comfortable office environment for all colleagues.

Candidate Profile

• Some initial experience in building cleaning, housekeeping, or office facility management is desirable but not compulsory.
• Comfortable working with laptops; proficient in Excel and quick at adapting to digital tools and processes.
• Enjoys practical work and is willing to undertake hands-on tasks.
• Pays attention to cleanliness, organization, and efficient workflows.
• Excellent German communication skills; English is a plus but not required.
• Provides support to colleagues and contributes positively to the workplace atmosphere.
• Resilient and able to handle spontaneous situations effectively.
