Facilities Manager

Overview

Khidmah is looking for a Facilities Manager to take charge of daily operations, maintenance, and auxiliary fit-out projects for large commercial properties in Saudi Arabia.

Primary Responsibilities

• Manage daily facility operations including Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) maintenance, inspections, and work order administration.
• Supervise subcontractors, handle procurement processes, and oversee site budgets effectively.
• Ensure all service delivery meets client expectations, Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and compliance requirements.
• Lead and direct site personnel, coordinating project mobilization and demobilization phases.
• Implement and enforce Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) standards, information security protocols, and Business Continuity Plans.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Possess a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, or Project Management; an MBA or Facilities Management certification is highly desirable.
• Have between 8 to 12 years of professional experience in commercial facilities management.
• Proficient with Computer-Aided Facilities Management (CAFM) software, workplace health and safety (WH&S), HSE regulations, and permit-to-work procedures.
• Demonstrate strong skills in budgeting, project management, leadership, and analytical problem-solving.
