Facilities Management Supervisor – Electromechanical

Job Overview

The Facilities Management Supervisor will lead technical teams in managing daily electromechanical maintenance operations to guarantee the reliable and safe functioning of building systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee technicians and routine maintenance tasks.
• Organize both preventive and corrective maintenance efforts.
• Supervise electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air-conditioning, and cooling system monitoring.
• Distribute workloads and track performance of technical staff.
• Detect technical problems and arrange necessary remedial measures.
• Maintain adherence to health, safety, and occupational standards.
• Liaise effectively with Facilities Engineers and Managers.
• Assess performance levels of individual employees and teams.

Qualifications and Experience

• Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering preferred, or an equivalent technical certification.
• Minimum total of 10 years professional experience for those with technical qualifications.
• At least 3 years experience working within schools or kindergartens.
• In-depth expertise in electrical, mechanical, HVAC, air-conditioning, and cooling systems.
• Previous supervisory experience in projects of similar scale.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is mandatory.
