F15QA Flight Line Plans and Scheduling / Maintenance Controller (MOC)

About the Role

Boeing Global Services is recruiting a Maintenance Controller (MOC) to support F15QA flight line plans and scheduling at Al Udeid Air Base in Qatar. This role plays a vital part in managing maintenance coordination and ensuring aircraft readiness and compliance with technical orders. The successful candidate will engage with multiple teams to maintain fleet health and oversee documentation accuracy.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee management of Time Compliance Technical Orders (TCTOs), Time Change Items (TCIs), and Safety Items (SIs) for assigned aircraft, coordinating with internal and external parties.
• Conduct regular meetings with peers, stakeholders, supervisors, production staff, and retrofit teams to drive fleet health improvements.
• Review, maintain, and document Aircraft AFTO Form 781 entries to ensure proper scheduling and execution of maintenance directives.
• Preserve historical aircraft documentation and collect data to support program management, ensuring compliance with 00-20 series Technical Orders.
• Assess upcoming TCTOs, chair meetings to plan and clarify implementation requirements with relevant managing agencies.
• Coordinate with supply logistics and maintenance teams to ensure necessary parts, tools, and equipment are available for work execution.
• Implement Immediate and Urgent TCTOs promptly, notifying maintenance leadership within 24 hours per guidelines.
• Monitor sortie generation, maintenance schedules, and maintenance production while maintaining visibility of fleet health indicators and resource allocation involving equipment and specialists.
• Track status of aircraft and systems, update generation lineups, and maintain accurate location data including off-station aircraft.
• Utilize fault reporting manuals and systems to document aircraft discrepancies and report issues such as dropped objects or flight control malfunctions.
• Ensure accuracy in AFTO Form 781H updates and electronic debrief systems during pilot and crew debriefings.
• Input flight discrepancies, usage data, and identify recurring trends, maintaining AFTO Form 781A records accordingly.
• Manage historical maintenance data in Management Information Systems to develop wing maintenance schedules and support analysis of past events.
• Serve as a subject matter expert for maintenance scheduling and equipment documentation during inspections and leadership reviews.
• Provide ongoing support to maintenance squadrons, participate actively in planning meetings, and coordinate with unit supervision and operations schedulers to align aircraft availability with mission requirements.

Basic Qualifications

• At least 1 year of experience managing USAF aircraft records or related oversight.
• Flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends, overtime, and potentially rotating schedules.
• Eligibility and ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance.

Preferred Qualification

• Relevant education or certification from an accredited institution or equivalent professional experience.
• Proven experience managing TCTO and TCI programs following Air Force instructions and Technical Orders.
• Analytical skills for monitoring fleet health through metrics and trend analysis.
• Strong documentation skills including managing historical aircraft records and configuration tracking.

Typical Education and Experience

Candidate profiles typically include a High School diploma or GED plus one or more years of directly related work experience, or an equivalent blend of education and related experience such as vocational training or an associate degree.

This is an international position based in Qatar with compensation and benefits aligned with local standards and governed by local labor and immigration regulations. The role requires passing U.S. government security clearance procedures which mandate U.S. citizenship including interim and final Secret Clearances.
