This role specifically supports the Royal Saudi Air Force F15C/D Air Combat Maneuver & Instrumentation (ACMI) program.

Role Overview

The Electronics Technician is responsible for the operation and upkeep of P-4 SAKITS pods, performing maintenance, testing, and technical support in compliance with documented standards. Reporting to the Site Manager and collaborating with Field Service Technicians, this position requires independent work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

• Log details of all P-4 SAKITS pods checked in/out, including serial numbers, pod types, timestamps, and remarks.
• Track daily status and availability of all pods.
• Record and analyze elapsed Time Meter readings monthly to determine each pod's operational hours.
• Operate and maintain P-4 SAKITS Test Sets strictly following technical documentation.
• Perform Organizational-Level and Intermediate-Level maintenance tests and replace Shop Replaceable Assemblies as needed.
• Assist with operation and maintenance of display equipment.
• Execute computer operations tasks including program loading, subsystem testing, and data transfer device management.
• Maintain control logs for Data Transfer Device issuance and returns to aircrews.
• Operate graphic terminals during live exercises and support display and control operations.
• Provide technical support for setup and replay/debriefing to Royal Saudi Air Force personnel and aircrews.
• Maintain comprehensive records of mission tapes and mission event logs with specific data fields.
• Engage directly with RSAF for feedback on mission sortie effectiveness.
• Perform additional duties assigned by the Site Supervisor and set up project equipment as needed.
• Adhere to Cubic’s code of conduct, quality, security, occupational health, safety, and environmental policies.
• Collaborate effectively with team members to ensure excellent customer service delivery.

Qualifications and Requirements

• College degree in a technical field or equivalent technical education coupled with military experience.
• Previous experience in a similar electronics technician role.
• Capability to comply with company standards during field assignments.
• Flexibility and adaptability to remote or international working environments.
• Desirable certifications: TOEFL, STEP Test, or other KSA-approved English proficiency certificates.
• Preferred degree specialties include Electronics, Avionics, or Communications Engineering.
• Must be able to obtain or currently hold Royal Saudi Air Force security clearance with background verification.
