Step into the role of a Threading Specialist at our Orpington location, where your skill in shaping brows will enhance every client's look. You will be part of a dedicated team of beauty therapists focused on providing superior customer service using industry-leading brands like Beauty by Ellie, Lash Perfect, and Studex.

Work Schedule and Location

Position based at Unit 5, Nugent Shopping Park, Cray Avenue, Orpington, Kent, BR5 3RP. Work 39 hours weekly with shifts on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and Saturday, including mornings and afternoons/evenings.

Compensation

Earn £14.05 per hour, with additional commission opportunities on piercing services.

Role Responsibilities

• Perform expert threading, tinting, facial and brow waxing, cluster lash extensions, and ear piercing treatments.
• Deliver professional advice and exceptional in-store experiences for customers.
• Participate in professional in-house training for threading, tinting, waxing, piercing, and lash extensions to maintain industry-leading skills.

Candidate Profile

• Possess NVQ Level 2 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent certification in threading, or have at least 1 year of professional threading experience.
• Strong enthusiasm for exceeding customer expectations through outstanding service.
• Confidence in customer engagement, treatment recommendations, and upselling relevant products and services.
• Passionate about beauty trends and committed to continuous professional development.
