Job description
Job Overview
We are looking for a commercially savvy Export Manager specializing in Tiles and Natural Stones to lead and expand our export sales within designated markets. This role requires a deep understanding of the building materials sector, particularly tiles and natural stones, and calls for proven expertise in sales, dealer management, and market development.
Primary Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement export sales plans to meet revenue and growth objectives.
- Discover new market opportunities and broaden the company's network of dealers and distributors.
- Establish and nurture robust relations with dealers, distributors, contractors, and influential players in the industry.
- Gain comprehensive knowledge of product details, industry trends, competition, and client needs.
- Compile sales forecasts and reports, collaborating closely with the sales team.
- Engage with customers through visits, attend key trade exhibitions, and continuously strive to reach sales goals.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a similar field.
- Between 5 to 10 years of relevant sales or export experience, ideally in the building materials domain.
- Hands-on experience with tiles, natural stones, ceramics, or related building materials is highly advantageous.
- In-depth understanding of building materials markets including dealers, distributors, and sales pathways.
- Excellent skills in negotiation, persuasion, communication, reporting, and sales forecasting.
- Strong abilities in business growth and client relationship management, with a focus on results.
