Role Summary
Based in Abu Dhabi, the Group Commercial Manager position is a full-time onsite role accountable for managing commercial functions across various business units. Responsibilities include devising and executing commercial strategies, spearheading contract negotiations, and nurturing key client connections to enhance revenue and profitability. Daily tasks entail analyzing commercial performance data, refining pricing models and contract conditions, coordinating with finance and operations teams, and ensuring adherence to company policies and applicable regulations.
This role involves leading and mentoring commercial teams, aligning business objectives with organizational goals, and identifying new avenues for market growth. Close collaboration with executive leadership is essential to support strategic decision-making and long-term planning.
Qualifications
- Possess strong analytical ability to interpret commercial metrics, evaluate performance, and underpin strategic choices.
- Experienced in commercial management, encompassing pricing strategies, revenue enhancement, and client relationship stewardship.
- Skilled in business planning, forecast development, and strategizing across multiple business divisions.
- Proven leadership skills in managing and guiding commercial teams through mentorship and performance assessments.
- Expertise in contract management, including drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
- Hold a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related disciplines; an advanced degree or relevant certifications are beneficial.
- Demonstrated background in senior commercial roles, ideally within group or multi-unit settings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities within multicultural environments.
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and adept at handling multiple projects and deadlines.
- Fluent in English; familiarity with Arabic is considered an advantage.
