About Ultra Clean Technology and the Role

Ultra Clean Technology (UCT) operates within the rapidly expanding semiconductor industry, impacting the production of chips essential to smartphones, smart cars, and AI devices. UCT values innovation, quality, and customer satisfaction in a diverse workforce. We are currently seeking a skilled Materials Program Coordinator based in Singapore to play a vital role in supporting production operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and jobs aligned with production schedules.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of production processes and schedule sequences.
  • Detect and communicate any delays or impacts affecting delivery or production to relevant parties.
  • Organize and allocate job dispositions to meet production requirements.
  • Compile and analyze production schedules, reports, and track the status and location of jobs in various stages of work-in-progress (WIP).
  • Effectively convey understanding of job requirements through clear communication and technical drawings.
  • Collaborate with senior management to develop detailed, day-to-day job-specific information using customer specifications and drawings.
  • Report any equipment, tooling, or resource-related issues that could disrupt production flow.
  • Operate efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced manufacturing setting.
  • Bring experience in product organization, integration, and control to support production delivery timelines.

Qualifications and Experience

  • Minimum of a High School Diploma or equivalent credential.
  • 2 to 3 years of relevant work experience, preferably in fast-paced manufacturing environments.
  • At least one year of experience related to purchasing or planning.
