Executives Rewards Assistant Manager

Overview

The Executives Rewards Assistant Manager is tasked with designing, developing, and sustaining the executive compensation and benefits framework to ensure competitiveness in the market, particularly compared to other industry players. This role involves creating and managing financial and non-financial reward programs tailored for executives. All activities must comply with the company’s established policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and update compensation and benefits structures, including rating scales, salary frameworks, and benefits strategies aligned with the grading system for executive positions at the company.
• Develop and oversee executive bonus strategies.
• Create and manage total rewards packages that correspond with the executive grading structure.
• Develop, maintain, and execute financial and non-financial recognition initiatives targeted at executives.
• Implement executive retention programs to ensure talent continuity.
• Participate actively in job evaluation committee sessions to assess executive roles alongside committee members.
• Enforce compensation and benefits policies and procedures.
• Guarantee uniformity of total rewards provided to executives throughout the organization.
• Conduct periodic salary benchmarking and analyze executive total reward surveys within both the Kingdom and GCC countries.

Experience Requirements

At least five years of relevant professional experience, preferably within the telecommunications sector, specifically in a rewards capacity.

Educational Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required. Additional certifications related to the domain are also valued.
