Job description
Job Purpose
The incumbent is responsible for overseeing the Group's contract database to ensure all group-driven contracts are properly cataloged, stored securely, and maintained with restricted access to protect confidentiality. Additionally, they monitor contractual amendments and changes initiated by Operating Companies (OpCos) or subsidiaries, coordinating with the respective category teams. Tracking ongoing contracts and reporting significant activities such as contract expirations to the Contract Management team is also part of the role. All activities are to be performed following established business policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Group contract database to catalogue, store, and maintain group-related contracts while ensuring confidentiality through controlled access.
- Monitor and manage contractual amendments and change requests coming from OpCos and subsidiaries, coordinating with relevant category teams.
- Provide legal and contractual support to Group category teams during supplier contract negotiations and finalizations, covering terms and conditions, supplier liabilities, and related aspects.
- Communicate critical contractual details to category teams, including contract expiration dates and service level agreements.
Required Experience and Skills
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in contract management and supply chain operations, preferably within the telecommunications industry.
- Experience in supply chain or shared services roles with a major focus on contract management.
- Experience working in large-scale organizations similar in size and scope.
- ICT industry experience is considered advantageous.
- Strong analytical and contract management skills.
- Excellent negotiation abilities.
- Proven capabilities in relationship and vendor management.
- Familiarity with external service providers and the broader supply chain context.
Education and Certifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Engineering required.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration or Engineering preferred.
- Contract Management Professional (CMP) certification is a plus.
Minimum education
Bachelor's Degree
