Operational Authorities Analyst

Job Purpose

This position is responsible for formulating the yearly Authorities management strategy in collaboration with sector-specific Authorities teams, ensuring strict compliance with the agreed plans and service level agreements. All duties must be performed in line with the defined business policies and procedures.

Key Responsibilities

• Create and continuously update stc’s authorities methodology, standards, and implementation strategy.
• Develop the annual management plan for authorities in partnership with sector authorities teams and ensure adherence to established plans and SLAs.
• Oversee the comprehensive development process for all types of operational authorities within stc, liaising closely with relevant stakeholders.
• Coordinate with subsidiary governance bodies to determine group decision rights and contribute to group alignment efforts.
• Identify requirements for enactment including digital solutions and awareness initiatives, collaborating with sector authorities teams and Documentation Governance for necessary support.
• Ensure publication and maintenance of all operational authorities documents through the Governance Portal.
• Create and manage a comprehensive Operational Authorities Dashboard, delivering periodic performance reports to management.
• Lead awareness campaigns related to authorities and coordinate enactment and awareness efforts within sector authorities teams.
• Perform additional related duties as assigned by the direct manager.

Required Knowledge and Skills

Experience

Candidate should have between zero to two years of experience, preferably in authorities management roles within the telecommunications sector.

Educational Qualifications

A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or Law is required. Additional certifications relevant to the field are advantageous.
