Job Overview
This position involves supporting HR analytics by gathering, organizing, and interpreting data from multiple sources. The analyst will develop and maintain artificial intelligence and business intelligence tools to strengthen HR decision-making and meet organizational needs, all while adhering to established business policies and procedures.
Primary Responsibilities
- Create and implement predictive analytics models to uncover patterns, trends, and solutions related to HR challenges.
- Design analytical and forecasting models to empower HR business analysis, optimizing the use of HR data for informed decision-making.
- Identify main factors influencing employee performance and turnover through advanced data analysis methodologies.
- Assist in managing talent databases by examining key attributes and benchmarking talent internally and externally to support recruitment and retention strategies.
- Develop workforce analytics dashboards targeting indicators such as attrition, absenteeism, performance ratings, nationalization, diversity recruitment, labor costs, and headcounts. Communicate insights to HR partners to aid strategic actions.
- Help maintain the accuracy, consistency, and availability of HR data, ensuring a dependable single source of truth for HR teams.
- Facilitate the adoption of new technologies and initiatives within established HR data frameworks.
- Adhere to CAD data quality standards while processing and reporting HR information.
- Build and support AI and machine learning models tailored to HR-specific business requirements.
- Contribute to creating functional and process designs, prototypes, testing protocols, instructional materials, and support systems for AI implementations.
- Develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions that address the analytics needs of the HR department.
Qualifications and Experience
