Executive N - Sales Administration

Job Overview

This role involves providing comprehensive administrative support to the retail sales team, facilitating dealer servicing, generating timely and precise sales reports, managing vendor relations, streamlining operational processes, and ultimately contributing towards achieving business goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist the sales team by preparing and distributing accurate sales reports at dealer levels as needed.
• Ensure dealers receive necessary sales materials such as shade cards, marketing collaterals, and dealer kits promptly.
• Identify and implement process improvements to reduce time and cost expenses.
• Deliver reports and services to the sales team and dealers punctually.
• Oversee vendor management by ensuring timely payment settlements within agreed terms and eliminating pending dues or advances.
• Ensure adherence to statutory and safety compliance standards in office and warehouse environments.

Qualifications & Experience

• Graduation degree with a minimum of 50% marks, without any pending backlogs.
• Consistently scored at least 50% marks throughout the educational career.
• 1 to 2 years of prior experience in sales administration.
