Executive - Leasing

Role Overview

This position supports the real estate team in identifying, evaluating, and securing retail premises across assigned locations. Responsibilities encompass negotiating lease agreements, managing lease records, and assisting with store expansion and lease renewals to drive retail growth.

Key Duties

• Assist senior leasing personnel in negotiating terms for new leases, renewals, and relocations.
• Draft Letters of Intent (LOIs), proposals, and summaries of lease agreements.
• Communicate with landlords to obtain lease documentation, approvals, and finalize handovers.
• Conduct site visits evaluating factors such as foot traffic, visibility, accessibility, and competitive landscape.
• Help prepare site assessment reports and share insights with internal teams.
• Maintain comprehensive records related to leasing agreements, including rents, duration, and key deadlines.
• Collaborate with lease administration and legal departments to ensure proper documentation and compliance.
• Monitor lease expiration dates, rent increases, and renewal schedules.
• Liaise with landlords, brokers, and mall management to address daily leasing inquiries.
• Coordinate with internal departments—legal, finance, operations, and store planning—to align leasing activities with business strategies.

Qualifications and Experience

• A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or a related discipline.
• Between 2 to 4 years of experience in retail leasing, real estate coordination, or property management roles.
• Previous exposure to retail leasing within GCC markets is desirable.
• Strong capabilities in analysis, negotiation, and communication.
