Job Overview
The role requires a professional with comprehensive expertise in Environmental, Health, and Safety (EHS) protocols including the work permit system. The candidate is expected to possess a thorough understanding of fire safety norms, specifically aligned with NFPA and NBC standards, and demonstrate strong communication skills in both written and verbal forms.
Key Responsibilities
- Implement and oversee EHS work permit processes.
- Ensure adherence to fire safety regulations according to NFPA and NBC standards.
- Conduct regular EHS surveillance rounds, Tool Box Talks, and training sessions for employees and contractors.
- Maintain compliance with local regulatory frameworks such as Maharashtra Factory Rules, PESO regulations, and applicable IS standards.
Experience Requirements
The candidate should have between 7 to 12 years of relevant experience in the EHS domain.
Education Criteria
- Graduation degree in Science
- Alternatively, a B.Tech degree in Engineering or Electrical discipline
