About the Role

At Income Insurance Limited, robust governance underpins successful business operations. As an insurer, maintaining legal and ethical integrity is paramount to uphold public trust and policyholder confidence. This position involves collaborating with various stakeholders to identify weaknesses during compliance reviews and recommend appropriate remedial actions to address those gaps.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform Enhanced Monitoring (EM) reviews for representatives subjected to EM, ensuring comprehensive quality checks and liaising with relevant Business Units for service recovery follow-ups.
• Verify that sample sizes for all reviews meet established standards and maintain accurate tracking records.
• Identify compliance deficiencies or mistakes during reviews and propose corrective measures to eliminate these gaps.
• Conduct training sessions for new and existing reviewers to keep the team abreast of evolving compliance standards.
• Prepare and compile relevant information and documentation for management and regulatory reporting purposes.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to create tools that enhance the efficiency of the review process.
• Carry out any additional tasks or projects assigned periodically.

Qualifications and Experience

• Possess at least a Bachelor's degree or higher.
• Professional certifications in relevant fields will be considered advantageous.
• Have a minimum of 2 years' experience in compliance-related roles within the insurance sector or enforcement agencies.
• Demonstrate strong proficiency with MS Office and associated software applications.
