Key Responsibilities

• Assist in User Acceptance Testing and support the preparation of business management reports, experience and profit monitoring, and reinsurance tender processes.
• Contribute to the compilation and submission of regulatory reporting filings.
• Work alongside business stakeholders to gather insights using both internal and external data sources to inform projects.
• Apply design-thinking and agile methodologies in project delivery.
• Ensure all outputs comply with departmental best practices related to risk and compliance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Recent graduate holding a bachelor's degree in Actuarial Science, Mathematics, Statistics, or related discipline.
• Progress towards actuarial credentials such as ASA, AIA, or AFA from internationally recognized actuarial bodies.
• Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Effective communication skills, capable of delivering clear and concise presentations.
• Attention to detail with a strong commitment to quality and accuracy.
• Adaptable to fast-changing work environments and eager to explore innovative approaches.
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; familiarity with programming languages is an added advantage.
