Role Overview
We are looking for a Lead Implementation Specialist to join our Implementation Team, focusing on delivering Performance, Analytics, and Risk Solutions to clients. This role requires expertise in FactSet’s Buy Side offerings and involves leading client projects to ensure successful implementation.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead major implementation and transformation initiatives for clients with a focus on high-quality delivery.
- Serve as senior advisor and sponsor for strategic client implementations.
- Leverage industry experience and product knowledge to provide complex buy-side solutions.
- Develop scalable and maintainable workflows that meet or surpass client expectations.
- Collaborate with data integration teams on ETL processes involving client and third-party data.
- Maintain deep expertise in the analytics product suite and continually enhance industry knowledge.
- Work with project management both internally and externally to track progress, manage scope, and assess risks.
- Communicate effectively with sophisticated users by applying solid investment knowledge.
- Identify client organizational structures and expansion opportunities during implementation.
- Partner with Product Development and Engineering to incorporate client input into products when possible.
- Advise clients on best practices for solutions.
- Deliver user training and support the creation of training materials.
- Document solutions to guarantee future supportability.
- Manage transition from implementation to customer support.
- Proactively seek improvements in implementation processes and provide support accordingly.
Qualifications and Skills
- At least 7 years of experience interacting with FactSet’s Analytics tools.
- Experience in FactSet Analytics implementation projects is advantageous.
- Strong technical proficiency.
- Attention to detail with the ability to maintain a big-picture perspective.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a proactive ownership mentality.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively across global teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects while adapting to shifting priorities.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Comfortable engaging with senior-level stakeholders at FactSet and client organizations.
- Professional certifications such as CIPM, CFA, or FRM are a plus or a willingness to pursue them.
