Position Summary

We are searching for a passionate Event Service Expert to join our team and help craft unparalleled guest experiences. This role goes beyond traditional service during events; it involves actively contributing to smooth execution from setup to breakdown, ensuring each moment is memorable.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and organize event materials and supplies.
• Engage with guests to provide attentive and personalized service throughout the event.
• Transport and manage supplies needed for events responsibly.
• Assist in setting up and dismantling event spaces efficiently.
• Comply with company policies and maintain a safe workplace environment.
• Uphold quality standards and ensure professional personal appearance and communication.
• Frequently stand, walk, or sit during shifts and perform physical tasks such as lifting or carrying items weighing up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications and Experience

• Minimum education: High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Preferably less than 1 year of relevant work experience.
• No prior supervisory experience required.
• No specific certifications or licenses necessary.
