Position Overview

Join Choice Talents LTD as an Event Planner based in Ikoyi, Lagos State. This full-time role focuses on driving growth within the corporate event sector by developing effective business strategies and managing vendor partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Formulate and implement business development plans to boost corporate event growth.
• Establish and nurture productive relationships with vendors to align with event goals.
• Advise clients with customized event planning solutions that surpass expectations.
• Recruit and integrate high-caliber vendors into the company's network.
• Conduct negotiations and oversee contracts to ensure cost efficiency and service excellence.
• Work collaboratively with various teams to ensure smooth event organization and delivery.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market dynamics to discover new business avenues.
• Evaluate event outcomes and vendor feedback to refine planning processes and results.
• Market the company’s event and vendor services via online and offline campaigns.
• Address and resolve vendor issues swiftly to maintain strong partnerships.

Qualifications

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Event Management, or related discipline.
• At least three years of professional experience in event planning, consulting, or vendor management.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the corporate event industry and vendor operations.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Proven multitasking ability and capacity to meet strict deadlines.
• Familiarity with CRM systems, project management tools, and digital marketing platforms.
• A creative thinker with strong analytical skills focused on achieving results.

Compensation

Salary range is between NGN 200000 and NGN 350000 monthly.
