Event & Logistics Coordinator

About the Role

NTU International A/S is heading a consortium preparing a proposal for the EU-funded initiative "Egypt Downtown Facility." The project's goal is to enhance the partnership between the European Union and Egypt by providing efficient, adaptable, and high-quality technical support for agreed bilateral collaboration priorities. This aims to boost policy dialogue, improve program execution, and strengthen the capacities of Egyptian institutions involved in EU-funded initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

The Junior Non-Key Expert - Event & Logistics Coordinator will manage the logistical and administrative details for numerous activities such as workshops, conferences, training sessions, expert visits, institutional exchanges, study tours, and other related Facility events.

Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor's degree in business administration, event management, tourism, communication, or similar disciplines is required.
• Proficiency in English at a C1 level.
• Proficiency in Arabic at a C1 level.

Professional Background

• Minimum of three years of relevant professional experience.
• Proven track record supporting events like workshops, conferences, training programs, expert missions, or study visits.
• Experience handling participant logistics, venue organization, travel and accommodation arrangements, and comprehensive event documentation.
• Competence in coordinating with suppliers and beneficiary organizations.
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities, with familiarization with the local operating environment.
