Management Traineeship Program
Designed for ambitious young professionals with high potential, this traineeship prepares candidates to become future leaders within our company. Over 24 months, participants gain hands-on experience, international exposure, and develop strategic thinking skills critical for a successful career in the Middle East and Asia.
Program Structure
- Four rotations of six months each across our core operations, providing an extensive overview of our business:
- Commercial (6 months): Engage in sales, tendering processes, client management, and contract negotiations.
- Operations (6 months): Participate in project execution, planning, and machinery deployment on sites.
- Procurement / Supply Chain (6 months): Build expertise in supplier management, sourcing strategies, and cost optimization.
- Strategic Project Assignment (6 months): Lead or assist in cross-functional projects directly influencing business operations, such as expansion initiatives or operational improvements.
International Experience
Participants will work across multiple locations to foster an international mindset and cultural adaptability, including:
- United Arab Emirates (Headquarters/regional hub)
- Qatar (Key operational market)
- Singapore (Strategic international exposure)
Program commencement is planned for January 2027.
Candidate Profile
- Master's degree in Engineering, Industrial Sciences, Industrial Engineering, or Commercial Engineering.
- Recent graduates or early-career professionals with high potential.
- Strong interest in pursuing an international career.
- Passion for heavy machinery, especially cranes, lifting equipment, and earthmoving machines.
- Excellent command of English and Dutch, both written and spoken.
- Proficient in MS Office applications, with particular emphasis on MS Excel.
- Flexible, motivated, and eager to learn.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills.
