About the Role
NTU International A/S leads a consortium preparing a proposal for the EU-funded "Egypt Downtown Facility" project, aimed at enhancing the strategic partnership between the European Union and Egypt. The assignment focuses on improving coordination, visibility, and effectiveness of bilateral cooperation priorities through high-quality technical support.
Key Responsibilities
The Junior Non-Key Expert – Research & Policy Analyst will assist technical assistance efforts by conducting research, gathering and analyzing data, preparing foundational documents, and contributing to various analytical outputs including studies, assessments, reports, and policy briefs.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in economics, political science, international relations, public policy, development studies, or related disciplines.
- Proficient English language skills at C1 level.
- Arabic language proficiency is highly advantageous.
- French language knowledge is considered a plus.
Professional Experience
- A minimum of three years’ relevant professional experience.
- Proven ability in conducting desk research, performing literature reviews, analyzing policies, and preparing background materials.
- Experience in gathering and organizing both quantitative and qualitative data.
- Competence in supporting the drafting of studies, evaluations, reports, and policy documents.
- Familiarity with Egypt’s institutional and policy frameworks is desirable.
