  • Maintain clear and continuous communication with clients throughout the planning and event duration.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, production partners, and external stakeholders to synchronize all activities.
  • Manage on-location event execution and troubleshoot any arising issues promptly.
  • Be available for necessary travel locally and internationally to support event needs.

  • Maintain and update a thorough database of suppliers, materials, services, and pricing for efficient event management.
  • Monitor budgets and practice cost control to ensure financial efficiency.
  • Negotiate supplier prices to secure competitive rates.
  • Keep organized records of all pertinent event documentation, including contracts, quotations, proposals, and supplier data.
  • Participate actively in internal project meetings to drive improvements and maintain high standards.
  • Represent the company professionally in all client and supplier interactions, upholding quality, timeliness, and client service excellence at all times.

Candidate Requirements

  • Demonstrated experience in event management and execution, with a hands-on approach to supplier and vendor coordination.
  • Comprehensive understanding of event logistics, production requirements, and on-ground event operations.
  • Proven capability in preparing detailed and accurate quotations, budgets, and financial planning for events.
  • Expertise in negotiating with suppliers and managing event costs.
  • Exceptional organizational skills combined with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in managing multiple events and priorities with composure under pressure.
  • Excellent communication skills, able to engage effectively with clients, suppliers, and internal teams, confidently leading meetings and check-ins.
