Acquisition Officer – Doha, Qatar

Role Overview

We seek a proactive and ambitious Acquisition Officer dedicated to nurturing client relationships, pinpointing fresh business prospects, and converting leads into fruitful partnerships. This position demands a confident communicator with a strong commercial insight and a passion for expanding business operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Perform regular outreach and prospecting to potential clients.
• Develop and maintain robust relationships with prospective clients and decision-makers.
• Manage leads throughout the entire acquisition process, from initial contact to successful conversion.
• Coordinate and attend client meetings and presentations.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on proposals, quotes, RFQs, and RFPs.
• Keep an accurate and updated sales and acquisition pipeline.
• Consistently follow up with prospective clients to progress business discussions.
• Assist in commercial negotiations and onboarding of new clients.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.
• Compile and deliver regular reports on pipeline status, conversion rates, and acquisition progress.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in business development, sales, client acquisition, or a related field.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building capabilities.
• Confident in engaging with prospective clients and key decision-makers.
• Results-oriented with persistent follow-up and closing skills.
• Preferably familiar with the market environment in Qatar.
• Fluent in English; Arabic language skills are a plus.
• Preference for candidates currently residing in Qatar.

Location: Doha, Qatar
Salary: QAR 6,000 to 7,000 monthly
