Role Overview

The Evaluation Specialist role, based full-time at the Harare office, focuses on evaluating the success of recruitment programs, initiatives, and platform functionalities. Responsibilities include crafting and executing data gathering instruments, analyzing recruitment performance data, and producing comprehensive reports with actionable suggestions geared towards internal teams and stakeholders. The specialist collaborates across product, marketing, and operational divisions to decode evaluation results, pinpoint enhancement areas, and assist with training initiatives grounded on analytic findings.

Key Responsibilities
