Role Overview
Our client is searching for a knowledgeable Senior Estimator to support their emerging growth phase. Operating along Australia's East Coast, this builder manages a varied range of commercial projects including new builds, substantial refurbishments, and fit-outs, with contract values between $5 million and $50 million.
Working directly under a seasoned Estimating Manager, the successful candidate will be integral to the pre-construction unit, determining pricing and winning projects while aiding the expansion of the commercial division. This role offers the chance to demonstrate both technical expertise and commercial insight while positioning oneself for future leadership roles within a company committed to growth.

Candidate Profile
- Holds a degree in Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field
- Has over 10 years of experience in construction
- Demonstrates successful estimating experience with major contractors, especially on commercial new build and heavy refurbishment projects
- Possesses a strong grasp of construction techniques, structural elements, procurement, and cost analysis
- Exemplifies commercial savvy, outstanding communication, and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Works well within teams and promotes a positive workplace environment
