About the Role
We are collaborating with a specialist Mechanical & Electrical (M&E) Service Provider undergoing significant growth. They are seeking an experienced Estimator to join their small works projects team.
Key Responsibilities
The Estimator will be accountable for providing accurate cost evaluations for repairs, maintenance, and various projects, with a focus on the commercial sector. This involves assessing all relevant job information to present detailed cost breakdowns needed for project execution. The role also includes involvement in the management and delivery of small-scale projects and requires occasional site visits.
Candidate Requirements
Applicants must have a proven successful background in a similar estimating capacity. Candidates should possess either an electrical or mechanical engineering background, reinforced by relevant qualifications. Strong technical expertise, excellent organizational skills, acute attention to detail, and effective communication abilities are essential for this position.
