Role Overview

We are seeking an Estimator based in Cleveland, OH to join our team onsite. The position offers an annual salary ranging between $70,000 and $80,000.

Job Summary and Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Applied Science or a closely related technical discipline is preferred.
• Applicants should have between 1 to 3 years of experience in estimating or an analogous role.
• Knowledge of basic engineering and architectural principles is important, along with the ability to read and interpret drawings and specifications.
• Effective verbal and written communication capabilities are essential.
• Strong skills in organization, time management, and problem resolution are required.
• Competency in Microsoft Office applications is necessary.
• The role requires willingness to undertake travel up to 5% of the time.
