About the Role

Ceetech, a part of the RSK Group, is currently seeking an Electrical Estimator to join their Manchester-based team in a full-time, permanent capacity. Ceetech is recognized as a leading contractor in building services, specializing in both mechanical and electrical installations with a special focus on integrating renewable energy solutions. The company prioritizes major development projects along with Corporate Social Responsibility initiatives, backed by a team with extensive combined industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze tender enquiries and collaborate with the Bid Manager to develop effective bid strategies for competitive advantage.
• Prepare accurate and market-aligned net cost estimates for a variety of bids, adhering to Ceetech Group’s processes and standards.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs essential for precise estimating.
• Incorporate labor, plant, and material costs into estimating systems based on a first principles estimating approach.
• Manage and evaluate material and subcontractor quotations to support net cost pricing.

Qualifications and Experience

• At least 10 years of experience in the building services industry, preferably with exposure to automation and airport sectors.
• Varied project involvement with experience across different project values.
• Clear and effective communication skills.
