About the Role
An expanding SME located on the western outskirts of Edinburgh is seeking a skilled Estimator to join their growing team. This is a permanent position based in modern office facilities. The company handles a variety of fit-out and refurbishment projects with contract values typically between £100,000 and £2,000,000.
With a strong senior management team possessing substantial experience, this role offers a supportive work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare detailed cost estimates for construction projects, specifically fit-out and refurbishment works.
- Operate independently while taking ownership of the estimating process.
- Collaborate and report directly to the Commercial Director.
Candidate Requirements
- Proven prior experience as an Estimator in construction or related fields is essential.
- Exceptional attention to detail in preparing and reviewing estimates.
- Ability to work autonomously and manage workload effectively.
