Role Overview

As an ERPNext Implementer, you will lead clients through transforming disorganized spreadsheets and legacy software into a fully functional ERPNext platform tailored for finance and operations teams. Responsibilities encompass configuration, customization, data migration, and driving user adoption to ensure seamless integration into daily workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle of ERPNext implementations including discovery, system configuration, data migration, and launch.
• Collaborate directly with finance and operations staff to translate their business processes into ERP solutions.
• Transfer data from legacy platforms preserving all critical historical information.
• Take accountability for user adoption following the go-live phase to maximize system utilization.

Preferred Qualifications

• Proven hands-on experience with ERPNext and Frappe framework implementations.
• Ability to configure and customize ERP modules end-to-end.
• Direct experience working alongside business users without intermediaries.

Additional Advantages

• Proficiency in Python and familiarity with the Frappe framework.
• Experience migrating data from legacy ERP systems.
• Knowledge of ZATCA e-invoicing requirements and Saudi localizations.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English languages.
