Role Summary
We seek an Equipment Associate Engineer to perform duties on a 12-hour rotating shift schedule. The primary responsibility involves conducting Preventive Maintenance (PM) and assisting Equipment Engineers to maintain wafer fabrication equipment efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute Preventive Maintenance and troubleshoot production equipment to achieve operational goals and maintain survival rates.
- Adhere strictly to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and carry out Corrective Action Systems (CAS) as required, ensuring proper maintenance of support tools.
- Support production operations by managing equipment readiness during 12-hour shifts.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization across production floor, sub-fabrication areas, offices, and maintenance zones.
- Uphold safety standards and responsibly manage tools, equipment, and other module assets.
- Engage actively in module enhancement initiatives.
- Provide accurate documentation and communication during shift transitions, including checklists and issue reporting.
- Comply with environmental, health, safety, and security (EHSS) policies to sustain a safe workplace.
Qualifications and Skills
- Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical, Mechatronics, or Microelectronics Engineering.
- 1 to 2 years of relevant experience in the electrical or electronics sector.
- Demonstrates teamwork, integrity, logical thinking, and a responsible mindset.
- Self-driven, attentive to detail, disciplined, and willing to work overtime as needed.
