Role Overview
The Enterprise Project Management (EPM) Coordinator is responsible for managing and administering the Saudi Aramco EPM System to ensure the prompt, accurate, and compliant submission of procurement, quality, and construction deliverables.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the Saudi Aramco EPM System by coordinating timely delivery of various project documentation including MR Lists, MR Packages, TBEs, Award Recommendations, NOLs, Purchase Orders, NMR-601/602/603, IAPs, ITPs, among others.
- Coordinate end-to-end workflows and validate documents to ensure compliance with Saudi Aramco standards, project specifications, coding protocols, and document control requirements.
- Serve as the liaison between Procurement, Quality, and Construction departments and Saudi Aramco reviewers, facilitating approvals and addressing review feedback.
- Track submission progress, monitor approval statuses, manage overdue actions, capture client remarks, generate progress reports, and escalate critical issues when needed.
- Oversee quality submissions such as CVs, Welding Procedure Specifications (WPS), Procedure Qualification Records (PQR), Non-Destructive Testing (NDT), and vendor quality documents, as well as construction submissions including RFIs, inspection reports, as-built documentation, and field engineering records.
- Maintain detailed document registers, submission logs, and records to guarantee traceability and audit compliance.
- Demonstrate in-depth knowledge of Saudi Aramco project procedures, procurement workflows, quality management systems, and document control methodologies.
Qualifications and Experience
- At least 2 years of direct experience managing Saudi Aramco EPM System activities.
- Between 4 to 5 years overall experience in procurement, Project Quality Control Services (PQCS), project coordination, or similar EPM coordination roles.
- Comprehensive understanding of procurement and supply chain processes, including material requisitions, bid evaluation, purchase order preparation, and adherence to project quality standards.
- Documented experience coordinating multidisciplinary submissions involving procurement, quality, and construction teams.
- Prior Saudi Aramco approval as an EPM Coordinator will be a significant advantage.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Document Management Systems, reporting tools, and effective stakeholder coordination.
Additional Information
- Preference is given to Saudi nationals; however, qualified candidates of all nationalities will be considered.
- Immediate availability or a maximum notice period of one month is preferred.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills are required to facilitate effective collaboration across client representatives, project teams, subcontractors, and suppliers.
Educational Requirement
Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
Industry Experience
10 to 15 years in the Oil & Gas industry, particularly on Aramco projects.
