Role Overview

The Entrepreneur in Residence will collaborate closely with founders and senior leaders to drive strategic projects involving hiring, operational effectiveness, market growth, partnerships, and expansion. This position suits versatile and capable problem-solvers who thrive in fast-paced settings, can independently drive initiatives from conception through completion, and contribute significant impact from the outset.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead crucial projects across domains such as recruitment, operational processes, growth strategies, and geographical market introduction.
• Develop and manage relationships with candidates, recruitment teams, universities, external communities, and business collaborators.
• Support launch activities for new markets and other expansion efforts.
• Identify business opportunities and address operational challenges effectively.
• Represent ActAI at industry events and community forums to enhance visibility and engagement.
• Partner with founders to execute strategic company initiatives.
• Own projects fully from idea inception through execution.
