Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary representative for asset management of the allocated portfolio, acting as a liaison between asset owners, lenders, and senior regional management.
• Contribute to the formulation of short-term and long-term strategies aimed at maximizing asset value while enhancing tenant and customer experience.
• Produce periodic reporting including monthly, quarterly, annual, and special reports for owners, lenders, and regional leadership.
• Manage daily asset-related issues promptly and effectively.
• Conduct annual property valuations supported by market analysis.
• Set leasing goals, develop operating and financial budgets, and plan operating, capital, and redevelopment projects.
• Track and analyze operating and financial performance against targets and institute corrective actions when necessary.
• Oversee leasing activities including lease analysis, negotiations on economic and legal terms, collaborating with agents and legal teams on lease documentation reviews and approvals.
• Maintain an in-depth understanding of both current asset values and forecasts of future performance.
• Support capital transactions such as refinancing and asset disposition.
• Collaborate with acquisitions and development teams on due diligence and integrating newly acquired or developed properties.
• Assist various project teams as needed to meet organizational goals.
• Work collaboratively as part of the broader Hines team.
• Adhere strictly to all Hines policies and procedures.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in business, analytics, or quantitative disciplines; MBA and/or CFA designation preferred.
• Minimum of five years of experience in commercial real estate, including at least three years in asset or property management with emphasis on financial analysis, leasing and marketing oversight, and applying strategic plans.
• Strong understanding and communication of portfolio management concepts.
• Excellent quantitative, relationship building, verbal and written communication abilities.
• Proven capacity to work independently with minimal supervision and demonstrate high integrity.
• Creative thinking skills and ability to contribute to project success.
• Efficient multitasking under tight schedules with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Advanced analytical, quantitative, and financial modeling capabilities.
• Strong report writing and presentation skills.
• Self-driven, team-oriented, and collaborative approach.
• Accuracy and exceptional detail orientation, especially under pressure.
