Role Overview

The AI Solution Delivery Manager leads comprehensive AI project delivery, managing teams and stakeholder relations while overseeing technical architecture to realize successful AI transformations. The role emphasizes designing scalable AI and machine learning solutions with measurable impact for public sector clients.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle delivery of AI/ML solutions tailored for public sector engagements, from requirements gathering to deployment and operationalization.
• Develop AI transformation strategies aligned with government priorities and strategic objectives.
• Architect scalable production-grade AI systems utilizing a wide AI/ML spectrum including Generative AI, NLP, LLMs, Computer Vision, and Simulation technologies.
• Maintain hands-on involvement in model building, pipeline engineering, API development, and platform integration.
• Manage and lead a multidisciplinary AI/Data team, ensuring quality output, informed decision-making, and individual professional development.
• Act as the primary AI technology liaison to senior government stakeholders, facilitating workshops, reviews, and executive presentations.
• Coordinate with data engineers, cloud architects, business analysts, and broader Accenture teams to synchronize solution objectives.
• Hold ownership of AI and Data solution architecture, directing platform strategies, cloud AI/ML service selections, and MLOps pipeline design.
• Contribute to the design of AI & Data Operating Models enabling government clients' autonomous capability growth post-engagement.
• Analyze complex challenges within the public sector and create innovative, scalable AI solutions with clear impact metrics.
• Drive AI adoption through change management and enablement strategies to accelerate value realization.
• Incorporate emerging AI technologies and industry best practices to refine AI frameworks and delivery standards continuously.
• Provide thought leadership within Accenture's AI & Data practice, supporting reusable asset creation and capability development.

Required Qualifications and Experience

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Engineering, or a related discipline, complemented by at least 12 years of professional experience.
• More than 7 years of expertise in Data Analysis, Statistics, Machine Learning, or Computer Science.
• A minimum of 5 years working in machine learning, deep learning, or proven skill in Natural Language Processing (NLP).
• Over 5 years of hands-on experience with AI/ML cognitive services on major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
• At least 1 year experience in Architecting Agentic AI systems.
• Minimum 1 year designing Conversational AI applications leveraging cloud services and AI/ML orchestration into holistic solutions.
• Strong coding capabilities and willingness to work hands-on.
• Documented success leading cross-functional AI/ML delivery teams in customer-facing roles.
• Demonstrated ability to advance AI solutions from concept through production and operation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience managing Gen AI or Agentic AI projects for enterprise or government organizations.
• Deep understanding of the public sector and consultancy environments.
• Previous project delivery experience in Saudi Arabia, GCC, or MENA regions.
• Familiarity with Saudi Vision 2030 and related digital transformation initiatives.
• Proficiency in Arabic (spoken and/or writing).
• Advanced degrees (Master's or PhD) in AI, Data Science, or related fields.
