Position Summary
As an Enterprise Account Executive focused on the EMEA region, you will manage the entire sales process for large-scale enterprise accounts. Your work will address customer onboarding, identity verification, risk and fraud prevention, continuous monitoring, and credit decisions. This consultative role requires establishing strategic relationships with senior stakeholders, translating complex challenges into tailored solutions that improve onboarding success, reduce fraud losses, and enhance compliance.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and close new SaaS sales opportunities across enterprise clients targeting identity and risk management solutions.
- Conduct multi-level consultative sales engagements involving executives, compliance teams, product, fraud, and technology leaders to align offerings with business needs.
- Develop expert knowledge of onboarding, fraud, risk, credit domains, and Trulioo's product suite and unique value propositions.
- Collaborate with Solutions Consulting, Product, and Customer Success teams to craft and deliver customized, long-lasting customer outcomes.
- Maintain high levels of ownership and motivation, consistently reaching pipeline and revenue targets.
- Engage clients authentically and passionately to build trust and enthusiasm at all organizational levels.
- Accurately forecast, manage pipeline in Salesforce, and ensure sales process accountability.
- Represent Trulioo at industry events, webinars, and forums to increase brand presence.
- Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance research, planning, customer interaction, and operational efficiency while ensuring quality and personalization.
Qualifications
- Over 10 years in consultative B2B SaaS sales, with at least 5 years focused on enterprise clientele.
- Proven track record of prospecting and maintaining relationships across diverse enterprise stakeholders including C-suite executives, product owners, compliance, and fraud personnel.
- Preferably experienced in digital identity, risk, and compliance sectors, familiar with identity verification, document validation, and business verification solutions.
- Strong skills managing the full sales cycle from strategy to negotiation engaging multiple stakeholders.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication, able to explain complex technical concepts and articulate business value clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and influence both technical and executive audiences.
- Self-driven, detail-focused, and ambitious in meeting and surpassing revenue objectives.
- Strong business acumen and technical aptitude with quick learning ability for new technologies.
- A positive, accountable team player with an engaging communication style who inspires trust internally and externally.
- Experienced in leveraging AI tools for sales productivity and customer engagement, with critical discernment in applying AI outputs responsibly in customer interactions.
