Role Overview

This position is a full-time, on-location role for an ENT Doctor to provide thorough diagnosis, management, and treatment of ear, nose, throat, and related head and neck conditions at Nova Healthcare.

Primary Responsibilities

• Carry out patient consultations, physical examinations, and relevant diagnostic tests.
• Analyze test outcomes to devise tailored treatment plans for patients.
• Execute minor ENT procedures permissible within the clinic's capabilities.
• Work closely with other healthcare specialists and ensure precise maintenance of medical records.
• Adhere to established clinical protocols and safety regulations.
• Educate patients and advocate for preventive healthcare measures.
• Engage in quality improvement programs at the polyclinic.

Qualifications and Skills Required

• Possess a recognized medical degree (e.g., MBBS or equivalent) along with completed ENT/Otolaryngology residency or specialist training.
• Hold a valid ENT specialist medical license and be eligible for registration in Qatar.
• Demonstrate clinical proficiency in diagnosing and managing both routine and complex ENT disorders and performing related procedures.
• Exhibit strong communication, counseling abilities, empathy, and sensitivity to cultural diversity in patient care.
• Capable of effective teamwork within a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
• Dedication to evidence-based medicine, quality enhancement, and lifelong learning.
• Skilled in medical record documentation and the use of electronic health record systems.
• Previous experience in a polyclinic, hospital, or analogous clinical setting is preferred.
• English language fluency is mandatory; Arabic language skills are advantageous.
