Engineering Trainee

Role Overview

The Engineering Trainee will actively engage in resolving equipment issues, documenting technical processes, and supporting various operational and project-related activities. This position is designed for individuals eager to learn through hands-on experience and collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze and diagnose equipment malfunctions and provide practical solutions to rectify them.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation including reports, operation manuals, and design specifications.
• Participate in team meetings, observe site and shop-floor functioning, and familiarize with company tools, standards, and health and safety rules.
• Provide support in technical research, carry out fundamental design calculations, and assist in routine testing and analysis tasks.
• Collect and organize project data to produce daily progress reports and keep thorough records of inspections and measurements.
• Work collaboratively with departments such as quality control, production, and maintenance to facilitate task completion.
