Field Executive

Job Summary

We are seeking diligent Field Mobilization Executives to engage with local communities in villages and semi-urban areas, facilitating the recruitment of young women for assured factory and manufacturing employment accompanied by secure hostel accommodations.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct daily visits to designated villages, Gram Panchayats, and community centers.
• Communicate effectively with parents and families in the local language to detail job advantages, safe lodging, meals, and security arrangements.
• Gather essential documents such as Aadhaar cards and bank details from prospective candidates.
• Assist and coordinate transportation for candidate groups traveling to onboarding locations.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum education: Completion of 12th grade or any graduate degree.
• Experience ranging from none up to three years in areas such as fieldwork, microfinance, door-to-door surveys, government employment schemes, or local sales.
• Ownership of a motorbike or scooter, a valid driving license, and an Android smartphone are mandatory.
• Proficiency in the local regional dialect is essential for effective communication.
• Preparedness to travel approximately 30 to 40 kilometers daily within rural and semi-urban regions.

Compensation & Incentives

• Fixed monthly salary between ₹15,000 and ₹20,000 (in-hand).
• Additional daily allowances for travel and fuel expenses.
• Performance-based incentives providing extra remuneration per candidate mobilized and placed.

Candidates from Jharkhand, Bihar, West Bengal, Odisha, Chhattisgarh, Assam, Sikkim, Arunachal Pradesh, Manipur, Madhya Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Andhra Pradesh, Telangana, and other states are welcome to apply.
