Enablement Delivery Specialist

Role Overview

The Enablement Delivery Specialist plays a crucial role within the Go-To-Market Enablement team, tasked with managing and executing all aspects of training events. From foundational bootcamps to skill-enhancing workshops, this position ensures seamless, high-quality training delivery to optimize field team performance. Reporting to the Delivery Manager, this position focuses on flawless coordination and professional execution in both virtual and in-person settings.

Based in Singapore under a hybrid working arrangement, the specialist functions as the event "Producer" and presenter, bridging the gap between program strategy and participant experience. This role demands intellectual integrity, ownership, and teamwork in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage comprehensive logistics for in-person training, including venue arrangements, room setup, catering, and onsite technology.
• Keep precise control over scheduling, sending invitations, reminders, and communicating with learners effectively.
• Deliver tasks within scope and deadlines, utilizing project management systems to ensure reliable execution.
• Collaborate closely with Workplace and Training Resource Office teams to coordinate vendors and handoffs, maintaining persistent follow-through.
• Accurately track program metrics including attendance and feedback data, ensuring transparency for stakeholders.
• Lead event production duties and act as emcee to maintain participant engagement and smooth session flow.
• Operate virtual delivery platforms such as Zoom, LMS, and classroom tools flawlessly to prevent technical issues.
• Adhere strictly to facilitation guides to ensure consistent, professional content delivery.
• Manage live session interactions like polls, Q&A, and breakout groups, adapting pacing based on real-time audience feedback.
• Support facilitators and subject matter experts by preparing environments conducive to learning and smooth session delivery.
• Collect systematic post-session attendee feedback to evaluate training effectiveness and learner confidence.
• Analyze participant feedback to identify engagement patterns and opportunities for content refinement.
• Recommend specific content improvements and escalate issues along with potential solutions.
• Document all delivery processes and problem-solving measures within the knowledge base to ensure continuity and reduce dependency on individual team members.

Candidate Profile

• Minimum of two years’ experience in event management, preferably in corporate or high-growth tech sectors.
• At least one year of relevant experience in training delivery or enablement with an understanding of adult learning principles seen as an advantage.
• Strong stakeholder communication skills, able to build trusted relationships and manage competing priorities with professionalism.
• Advanced user of event platforms including Zoom and LMS, as well as project management tools; familiarity with Mac and Google Suite preferred.
• Exceptional organizational abilities with detail orientation and capability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent presentation and facilitation skills, comfortable engaging large groups including enterprise sales and service professionals.
