About the Role
We are seeking a committed Employment Consultant to join our team at the Box Hill VIC location, working within the Workforce Australia Program. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about empowering others to secure meaningful employment and life-changing opportunities. You will partner with participants to identify employment opportunities that match their individual strengths and needs.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist Workforce Australia program participants in preparing for, finding, and sustaining meaningful employment.
- Help participants build confidence by recognizing their strengths and overcoming barriers.
- Provide innovative solutions to employment challenges, ensuring supportive pathways to success.
- Advocate for inclusive hiring practices and necessary workplace adjustments.
- Celebrate participant achievements, both big and small, highlighting every successful placement.
- Develop and maintain partnerships with employers who value diversity and inclusion, ensuring opportunities for all participants.

Essential Requirements
- Eligibility to work in Australia.
- Current driver’s license and comprehensive vehicle insurance.
- Possession of a Standard level MyGovID.
- Willingness to complete a National Police Check.
- Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
- Availability to work full-time Monday to Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm.
