• Match participants to suitable employment opportunities within the Workforce Australia program.
• Support participants in recognizing their strengths, overcoming barriers, and embracing new work roles with confidence.
• Develop and implement creative solutions to address employment challenges and ensure participant success.
• Promote inclusive recruitment practices and advocate for workplace accommodations.
• Celebrate every employment placement to acknowledge participants' achievements.
• Forge and maintain partnerships with companies committed to diversity and inclusion.

Requirements and Eligibility

• Must have eligibility to work in Australia.
• Possess a valid driver's license and an insured vehicle.
• Hold a Standard level MyGovID.
• Willingness to undergo a National Police Check.
• Ability to pass the Working with Children Check.
• Availability to work full-time, Monday to Friday, from 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM.
