Role Overview

We are looking for a seasoned Employee Relations Manager to head employee relations initiatives and guarantee the robust execution of HR policies, procedural guidelines, employee services, contractual affairs, and compliance mandates. This role entails managing employee relations functions, resolving workforce concerns, enhancing employee experiences, maintaining precise records, and fostering a fair, compliant, and efficient workplace atmosphere.

Primary Responsibilities

  • Direct all operations related to employee relations, ensuring they align with established HR policies and processes.
  • Administer contractual interactions between employees and the organization, covering contracts, adjustments, transfers, and end-of-service formalities.
  • Guarantee adherence to internal policies, HR guidelines, and labor legal standards.
  • Address employee grievances, complaints, and disputes with professionalism, impartiality, and promptness.
  • Encourage a constructive and encouraging workplace culture to boost employee contentment and engagement.
  • Manage employee lifecycle aspects, inclusive of transfers, secondments, job assignments, promotions, salary increments, allowances, and various leave types.
  • Verify precision, regulatory adherence, and the correct application of employee-related measures within authorized systems and frameworks.
  • Oversee approval systems ensuring adherence to delegation of authority protocols.
  • Track issuance and dissemination of administrative resolutions and monitor their proper enactment.
  • Ensure employee conformity with internal rules, guidelines, and operating methods.
  • Participate in refining HR policies, procedures, and employee relations strategies.
  • Administer filing, archiving, and safeguarding confidentiality of employee documentation, both routine and sensitive.
  • Maintain accurate, current, confidential, and easily accessible employee records.
  • Supervise the delivery of HR services, ensuring timely support and response to employee inquiries and requests.
  • Generate and validate regular reports related to employee relations, including movement, leave, performance updates, and HR metrics.
  • Analyze employee relations information and deliver suggestions aimed at improving compliance, operational efficiency, and employee satisfaction.

Candidate Requirements

  • Possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or an associated domain.
  • Have between six to ten years of HR experience, with demonstrable leadership in employee relations.
  • Exhibit comprehensive understanding of labor legislation and HR governance, specifically Saudi Labor Law.
  • Experienced in managing employee lifecycle processes, HR support, documentation, and enforcement of policy.
  • Prowess in conflict resolution, decision-making, communication, and interpersonal relations.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership and supervisory capabilities.
  • Maintain meticulous attention to detail with an emphasis on procedural follow-through, approvals, and compliance.
  • Handle sensitive information with the utmost integrity and professionalism.
