This position is focused on supporting the evaluation and inspection of electronic devices in a dynamic warehouse setting. You will be responsible for assessing device functionality and condition, identifying counterfeit products, and validating accurate item representation. The role requires independent work and collaboration with management and warehouse teams to achieve daily quality and productivity objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute diagnostic tests and device inspections to verify functionality aspects such as battery health and carrier status.
• Ensure that the descriptions and conditions of items align with inspection findings.
• Detect and document counterfeit electronic devices with precise, detailed reports.
• Evaluate multiple electronic items simultaneously while maintaining strict accuracy and quality standards.
• Consistently meet or exceed daily targets related to quality metrics and productivity in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
• Maintain effective communication with supervisors regarding daily tasks, challenges, and operational issues.
• Offer support to other warehouse areas as required and adapt fluidly to shifting workflows and responsibilities.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience in warehousing, shipping and receiving, electronic inspection, refurbishment, or electronic repairs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, including the capability to investigate and resolve concerns.
• Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to precision.
• Adaptability to changing workflows with the aptitude to work independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with common operating systems, word processing applications, spreadsheets, and communication tools like Slack.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods in a warehouse setting; candidates must be at least 18 years old.
