Job description
Position Summary
This role as an Electronics Associate involves specializing in a specific segment of the store’s business, requiring expert knowledge of the electronic products.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver excellent customer service by prioritizing customer interactions above all else.
- Assist customers with purchases including providing detailed product information, answering queries, offering recommendations, and accessing merchandise from secured cabinets.
- Carry out general floor associate duties such as deep zone cleaning, CAP/VizPick process, PinPoint process, implementing price changes, arranging Feature to Home placement, and zoning tasks.
- Manage the setup and completion of product displays (modulars).
- Actively promote charity events, Walmart Mastercard, Walmart Protection Plan, and OMNI extended aisle product offerings.
- Conduct in-store launches for new complex products, as well as coach and guide staff across various store departments as needed.
Minimum Qualifications
- Applicants must be 16 years of age or older.
