Electronics Associate

Position Overview

This role is for a Department Specialized Associate focused on electronics, responsible for driving sales through expert product knowledge in this specialized category.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver prioritized, customer-centric service, ensuring customer interactions take precedence over routine tasks.
• Support customers by providing detailed product information, responding to inquiries, recommending appropriate electronics products, and accessing products stored in locked cabinets.
• Perform all standard floor associate duties including deep zoning, executing CAP/VizPick and PinPoint processes, managing price updates, feature-to-home placements, and maintaining product zoning.
• Set up and complete modular displays effectively.
• Promote various Walmart initiatives such as charity events, Walmart Mastercard, Walmart Protection Plan, and the OMNI extended aisle offerings.
• Lead complex in-store product launches and provide training or advice to colleagues in different store areas as needed.

Compensation

The entry hourly wage for this position starts at 16.15 CAD.
