Job description
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Electronic Service Engineer to join our team at MBD Neopolis Mall, Ludhiana. This role involves troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining gaming and arcade machines with a focus on ensuring optimal and safe operation.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and fix electrical and electronic issues in gaming machines
- Conduct preventive maintenance to reduce downtime
- Verify the safe and efficient functioning of equipment
- Maintain detailed service logs and collaborate with onsite venue personnel
Qualifications and Experience
- Minimum education: 12th grade; ITI / Diploma / Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical or Electronics preferred
- At least 3 years of relevant experience in electrical and electronics troubleshooting
- Familiarity with PCB and gaming/arcade machines is an advantage
